Registration of citizens permanently or temporarily living abroad

Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan permanently or temporarily residing in the countries where the Embassy is accredited are registered at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to India, on the basis of a relevant document issued by the competent authorities of those countries.

Required documents:

• Completed registration form (can be downloaded here)
• Color photograph of the registered citizen (3 x 4 size);
• Copy of passport;
• Copy of document(s) confirming that the citizen has permanent or temporary residence permit in India.

Sstate fee

Consular registration of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and registration of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan engaged in paid labor activities in foreign countries is carried out free of charge.

Application form

After the documents are completely and correctly compiled, they should be presented to the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to India.
